Sagna Not Impressed by Club Management.

Bacary Sagna had shown his disapproval of the continous sale of Arsenal's top players every year and laid doubts about the club's future.

We lost Van Persie and Song to other clubs this summer and Sagna thinks that wasn't the right thing for the club to do.

“When you see the two best players of last season leave, you have a lot of questions.

“Sometimes in the street the fans talk to me. I can understand their frustration and why they are nervous.

“I am just like them. I don’t understand everything.

“At Arsenal you come back after holidays, you make preparations, and you see two players leave and the season resumes. It has been like that since I have been at the club. I am used to it now.”

The defender further revealed he expected Van Persie to leave but was shocked by the sale of Alex Song to Barcelona.

“I expected the departure of Robin vanPersie. We all expected it. It was obvious.

“But the Alex one, it was a surprise! He is 24 years old, and has three years remaining on his contract.

“I do not understand. It is a huge loss for the club.”

Reacting to the departure of Cesc Fabregas, Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy, he told a French newspaper.

“I am the last player from the 2007 starting XI remaining. In May, I watched Samir and Gael lifting the Premier League trophy.

“That gave me desire for it. I want that feeling. Were they right to leave? Yes. But when they left, we didn’t know.”

Sagna has two more years to go on his contract and the club are willing to give him a new offer but the French international said he hadn't been contacted.

“My own situation? Has the club contacted me about an extension? No, no-one.”

As many people are thinking, "Would he be the next to leave?"
I just hope that doesn't happen because if it does, it would cause unrest among the players and fans.
